Immortal Fitness (IF) is great and I highly recommend it! It's a nice solid space to work out at. Feels just very easy to get your workout and go! At IF, people are really friendly and Matt the owner is super nice. There's also very easy free parking. I used to belong to the Berkeley YMCA but that felt like such a production to go to and parking could be really challenging sometimes and you had to pay for it. I am so amazed at how easy i feels to get a workout in here! You just walk right in and it is at street level. Weight machine, weights and a number of other basic equipments. I am very happy I have joined.

2Why are the doors locked?
We are a Members-Only gym. We provide each member with their own unique access code to enter for immediate on-demand access to our facilities 24/7/365. This is to keep our gyms safe, private and exclusive to our members unlike most other gyms that let any stranger inside amongst their members.
3Do you offer Day Passes?
Yes, right above this we offer Day Passes, Week Passes, Month Passes & Year Passes by selecting the button "Book A Pass"
4Do you offer FREE Trials?
We now offer FREE* First Personal Training Sessions for those interested in personal training. We also offer Free Tours for you to have a guided tour of the gym. All other access is restricted to members-only.
5Do you have showers?
We have separate single-use restrooms for our members to use. We do not have showers at our facilities.
6Do you have pools?
No, we do not have pools at our current facilities.
7Do you charge any hidden fees?
Unlike almost all other gyms, we currently do not charge any cancellation fees, or any other nonsense fees. We want the process of going to the gym to be simple. That's why our pricing reflects that!
8When is the gym crowded?
We're busiest before 9 AM and after 5 PM, never crowded. Being that we're a members-only gym, it's very rare that one would consider our gym "crowded". We provide a safe, private and exclusive facility for our members to get their workout in without having to deal with crowds or other members hogging equipment.
9How to use the Access Code?

10How do I sign up using WellHub?
We've partnered with Wellhub to allow you to use our facility through their program. You will have to Check In on the app which will display a code. Send that screenshot, along with your First & Last name, showing that code and date to our number via text message at 510-859-7771.
The next step is for us to send you an access code to your phone number in response.
You utilize the access code like shown in FAQ Question #9 to access our facility.
For all future uses, simply send in a new screenshot showing the new date and code and your Access Code for the door will be automatically reactivated!
