Refunds

At Immortal Fitness, we strive to provide a premium training environment. To ensure fairness and transparency, our refund policy complies with California Health Studio Service Contract laws.

Once a facility or service has been utilized, full refunds are not available. Instead, a partial refund will be issued based on the "pay-as-you-go" value of the services consumed.


1. General Membership Refunds

If you request a refund for a monthly membership after using the facility, your refund will be calculated by deducting the cost of a $10 Day Pass for every day the facility was accessed.

  • Formula: Total Membership Paid(Days Used × $10) = Refund Amount

  • Example: A member pays $49.99 for a month, uses the gym for one day, and requests a cancellation. They will receive a refund of $39.99. No additional administrative fees apply.

2. Personal & Group Training Refunds

For personal or group training packages, refunds are calculated by deducting the standalone (single-session) rate for every session completed or late-cancelled.

  • Formula: Total Package Price (Sessions Used × Standalone Session Rate) = Refund Amount

  • Example: A client pays $500 for a 5-session package. After completing one session, they request a refund. The cost of a single standalone session will be deducted from the $500, and the remaining balance will be returned.

3. Important Terms

  • Usage Tracking: Usage is determined by key-fob check-ins and trainer logs.

  • Request Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or at the front desk.

  • Compliance: This policy is designed to align with California Civil Code § 1812.85, ensuring consumers only pay for services actually received while protecting the facility's operational costs.


Note: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Membership Subscription Pauses

Pausing your membership subscription is allowed up to 1 time (1 month) per year exclusively for those who have opted in and have paid their annual enrollment fee. Pausing your membership will keep your subscription locked in your current rate for the duration of your membership with us. We do not offer a membership pause beyond 1 month. We will not refund any membership subscription fees that restart after your pause has expired.
